overall purpose of the role

Supporting one of OryxAlign's key clients, professionally representing our business and delivering customer remote and facing on-site support, maintenance and planned change activity to our client-managed office space in Henley on Thames in Oxfordshire.

context

Based in Henley on Thames to cover network, PC, and server support for our client. You will be servicing incidents and requests, scoping, planning and implementation, small works for service and network upgrades for their and other properties' clients. You will require a clean driving license and a car. This will be a fixed 6 months contract.

• The engineer will represent both OryxAlign and our client in delivering support for the infrastructure and to users of the managed office.
