About The Role

In this newly created role your purpose is to grow SCJ’s distribution and sales, through excellent communication and planning with retailers. As this is a new role you will have the scope to build and grow it to deliver the best results for SCJ.

About The Team/Department

Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a standalone role that will span across commercial functions (sales, marketing, category) bringing together Brand and Retailer strategies to win with shoppers.

Responsibilities
• Be the voice of the shopper and customer: find and leverage shopper/consumer insights to lead engaging and compelling narratives to allow SCJ to gain distribution.
• Lead preparation of SCJ’s communication with retailers working with Marketing and Sales managers to ensure our messages land with impact against SCJ and retailers’ strategies. This will be in Brand Planning Meetings and other touchpoints that allow SCJ to work with retailers... More Detail
