Role Summary

You’ll be responsible for the category management relationship with one of the top 4 accounts (with some flexibility on smaller accounts, as needed). We are looking for a category manager who can demonstrate thought leadership, drive long-term category value for the retailer. Covering all aspects that impact the shopper instore and online.

You’ll also work internal customer sales and marketing team to help develop mutually beneficial key strategies and actions to drive SCJ and retailer growth.

Responsibilities
• Use data and insight to influence retailers’ selections on range, promo, merchandising aisle layout, and purchase drivers.
• Develop category relationships that ensure the SC Johnson team is seen as the preferred supplier to trust with category data and projects.
• Take market, consumer & shopper insights understanding and to share within the Category Management team and to the wider Commercial team.
