Our client has an opportunity for Aircraft Mechanics to join them on a Fixed Term Contract basis. Prospective candidates are required to demonstrate recent maintenance experience on 737 NG/Max, 777, 787 or similar type aircraft.

Role: Aircraft Mechanic
Location: London Gatwick Airport (Onsite)
Shifts: Days, 554 Rotation (07:00 - 19:00)
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: Basic DBS and Gatwick Airside pass.
Hourly Rate: Discussed on Application

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, defect rectification, modifications, repairs and functional tests on Airframe and Engine systems under the supervisor of a Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
• Complete all assigned work in a timely manner to optimise aircraft downtime.
• Ensure aircraft technical logbook, maintenance documentation, work packages and zonal handovers are completed accurately and within prescribed timescales in conjunction with the Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
