Job Title: Community Care Assistant

We are recruiting for experienced Care Assistants to deliver care in the community in North Manchester, Bury, Tameside, Stockport, Burnley & Blackburn areas.

Shift & Pay Rates

Monday – Sunday - £11.44 - £11.64

7.00am – 1.00pm

3.30pm – 9.00pm

Times may vary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing personal care and support to individuals in their homes

- Assisting with medication management

- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and moving and handling.

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families

- Observing and reporting any changes in clients' health or behaviour

- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
