Plexus are hiring for one of our long-term partners who have recently re-branded and are building a high-performance trading optimised network built on Arbitrum, allowing users to operate on top of high throughput, low latency blockchain based rails. This project and their elite team are set to become a leading name in the space. They're looking for a Head of Operations to be responsible for Finance, Operations and People. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a worked in a similar senior operational role ideally for a Centralized Exchange or CeFi trading desk. You will also need to be driven and execute with speed and precision. This will report directly into the CEO and be a Senior member of the team.
