A Global Wealth Management firm are now looking for an Operations Manager to lead up a UK and Overseas team.

The role has become available due to growth within the business and is a great opportunity to join a firm offering a great culture, in an exciting development period.

The main purpose of the role is to provide leadership and management over the day-to-day functions within the Payment and Control team. Management experience is essential, ideally within Financial Services/Wealth Management.

Key Responsibilities may include;
• Ensure real-time escalation of any possible operational risks/incidents/errors/ to Head/Deputy Head of Operations
• Identify opportunities in streamlining workflow and improve processing efficiency
• Ensure the daily and monthly Income payments are paid correctly through the automated standing order process.
• Review outgoing payments and add relevant payment information in accordance with the country’s requirements
