Salary: £18,072.23 to £19,416.44 Dependant on qualifications

David Lewis is a modern, forward thinking charity with a track record and reputation built over 100 years. We provide a range of educational, residential and medical services to support adults and young people with complex needs, including learning disabilities, epilepsy and autism.

Due to the expansion of the David Lewis School and College, we are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work with our students as they start their educational journey with us.

Supporting our students in timetabled sessions and activities, you will be required to:

Support learning and development,

Encourage independence and choice,

Help to build self-esteem,

Raise confidence and explore vocational and employment choices.

This role will include positive behaviour management and supporting students with their personal care where necessary.
