Position Summary

The Lead – Learning & Development identifies, develops and implements talent and learning solutions that build employee capability and strengthens the talent pipeline in order to achieve improved business performance and to drive the organizations strategic goals and objectives.

They are responsible for identifying both the short and longer terms needs across multiple business units and prioritizing these into an actionable yearly plan leveraging on global solutions/methodology and tailoring this to suit local needs. Their remit includes induction, capability and competency management, career development, talent development as well as manager, leadership and personal effectiveness at all levels in the organization.
