Position: Director Of Post-Collection
Responsibilities:

Oversee the reverse supply chain to meet program plan targets, addressing issues proactively.

Ensure post-collection partners comply with Statements of Work and remain ready to process evolving material streams.

Implement an efficient connection to the province-wide collection network, providing input on material flow impacting collection services.

Design a competitive post-collection solution, review cost-saving opportunities, and stay informed on national EPR strategies.

Develop a commodity sales strategy, maximize value, and manage post-collection partners’ performance.

Negotiate service provider contracts, employing standards and codes of conduct for post-collection service providers.

Direct and manage the Post-Collection team, ensuring integration with the Material Services team.
