We have an exciting new opportunity for Warehouse Lead Hand to join our team in St. Mary’s ON. Delmar Foods is currently seeking for a responsible candidate to work at our Shipping/Receiving Warehouse department.

Job purpose:

Manages the finished goods material handlers, order pickers and shippers and is responsible for the Finished Goods Warehouse area. The focus of this position will be the management of the Warehouse Management System for finished goods.

Additional responsibilities within the Warehouse Lead Hand role may be developed, and implemented, with direction from senior management.

Note: During the afternoon shift, the Production Supervisors are to administer the guidelines set forth by the Finished Goods Warehouse Lead Hand. It is essential to have an excellent relationship with each of the Production Supervisors.

Shift Hour:

Morning Shift - 8am to 4:30pm (40-44 hr work week)
