Required Experience:
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks and techniques as well as the ability to mentor others in their application of Agile and Scrum
• Utilize corporate objectives and priorities to ensure teams are working on the right piece of work
• Analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational or technical in nature
• Minimum five years of business experience
• Scrum Master certification would be an asset
• Current or previous Scrum Master experience is required
• Experience supporting multiple teams is an asset
