Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, Quality Assurance and Administration, this Leadership position champions a positive work atmosphere by promoting a healthy and inclusive work culture, job satisfaction, positive relationships, employee engagement and professional development at all levels. The primary role will be overseeing talent management activities (recruitment, selection, onboarding, training and development, engagement/retention, and performance management), benefits and disability management, and support all Employee Health, Safety and Wellness functions. This role plays an important part as a change agent and is part of ensuring change efforts go smoothly.
