Job Summary

The sanitation lead is responsible for leading the sanitation crew on daily tasks within the wash bay and around the facility.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Communicate with the Sr. Manager, Production to address performance issues and training requirements.
• Be the first point of contact for all sanitation activities to ensure compliance of the sanitation procedures and regulatory requirements within the facility
• Washing all necessary equipment and delegating tasks to sanitation technicians
• Keeping an inventory of clean and unclean grow and product processing supplies on site
• Liaising with maintenance, cultivation supervisors/leads and post-harvest department on sanitation of various areas and equipment
• Participating in grow room sanitation events as needed
• Maintenance of sanitation equipment such as pressure washers, extendable mops, floor scrubbers, etc.
