Job Description

The facilities Coordinator has the primary accountability for the maintenance of the Seaspan facilities, which includes general office maintenance, building systems maintenance and repairs, minor repairs, painting, electrical, landscaping, space planning, renovations and office moves.

Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at 50 Pemberton Avenue, North Vancouver, B.C.

What You'll Do

Facility Maintenance
• Troubleshoots all facilities related concerns such as air conditioning, heat, lighting and plumbing problems. Performs regular facility maintenance work such as landscaping, carpet/wall touch up. Conducts daily office troubleshooting such as workstation problems/requests and assisting the IT department with phone and computer cabling requests.
