On behalf of our client, Poseidon Ocean Systems, Synergy HR is seeking a results-oriented GM of Operations with manufacturing and management experience to fill the role of GM of Operations located in Campbell River, BC.

Reporting to the CEO, the GM of Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and processes of the company. This includes spearheading a team dedicated to the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of innovative aeration, oxygenation, and sea cage systems, which are crucial for advancing sustainable marine farming.

You will be accountable for:

· Leading the Operations team, including Production, Service Managers, Purchasing, Quality Control, Applications, and coordinating with international teams.

· Designing, planning, and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures.
