Your Opportunity:

The Pharmacist I will play a key role in providing patients with quality health care and will have the opportunity to learn and grow within an inter-professional team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assessment, intervention and resolution of potential or actual drug-related problems. Active participation in patient care rounds and liaising with members of the health care team. Documentation of clinical interventions for expected and real outcomes. Drug stewardship and application of evidence-based medication related recommendations for the management of various medical conditions. Utilizing relevant and appropriate resources available within Alberta Health Services for drug information queries. Preceptorship and mentoring of pharmacy students, residents and other pharmacists.
