About the Company

This is a Thai branch of a famous Japanese general store.

We sell clothes and sundries and operate a café.

We are looking for opening staff to open our second branch in Mega Bangna.

Job Responsibilities

- Managing the work of sales staff (service, sales, cashier)

- Maintaining daily operations as set by the manager

- Maintaining cleanliness of the store and products

-Assign various duties to sales staff

- Introducing products, services, promotion and campaign to customers.

- Arranging products in the store ready for sale.

Report to Japanese Manager

Experience requirements

・Graduate bachelor's degree or higher

・Overseeing the daily operations of store and service for making sure it runs smoothly and effectively

・Experience in store management apparel business.

・Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

・Japanese: Internal Conversation Level Up (JLPT N3 or above) More Detail
