- Track billing and collection and manage billing and abnormal scenarios.- Follow up the collection plan with the customer on a regular basis.- Communicate with supply chain about billing and collection exceptions on a regular basis. - Regularly report the overall billing and cash collection status and forecast.- Clear AP/AR and process the payment for both domestics and oversea by cheque and transfer by bank system. - Provide financial report to management and others financial risk.- Coordinate and provide information to external auditors and other internal auditors.- Support team member to process the other finance operation to complete within time.
