Job Description:
• Provide full guidance to our valued customers and agents when visiting to Park. Include guides customer for praying and communicate with customers in good manner and humble.
• To assist the urn installation process, Include Hydraulic Jet table, praying materials and others.
• Ensure that the burial plot or columbarium building and it surroundings area, include pond, front area and others are clean and cleared of rubbish and dry leaf. Coordinate with contractors on their schedule.
• Provide personal service (butler) to guide customer from A-Z on checked-in process, include filling up engraving notice, follow up and inform on the completion, reminder on anniversary or festive date, promoting of dedication pray package and others.
• To pay a visit to deceased family (purchaser) during lot exercise, to fill up burial worksheet, and gather information for burial or urn installation process.
