Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and address service complaints in a timely manner
• Develop and implement new strategies for customer retention activities
• Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customers
• Cultivate positive working relationships with customers for long-term retention and continued growth

Qualifications
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar customer service-oriented role
• Prior product knowledge of vending, food service, refreshment industries
• A bachelor's degree or higher in business or similar fieldStrong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently, Market Knowledge, Presentation skills
