Careerbox is looking for retentions and collections agents for a UK broadband campaign. Successful candidates will help customers by retaining them and offering them the best of value and do collections and give customers information about products and services and helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their services.

· Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

· The ability to work well in a team

Desired Experience & Qualification

Must Have

· Matric/Grade 11

· Reliable transport

· Computer literacy
