Position: Clearance Support Agent

Location: HCMC

Responsibilities

• Determine the shipment value in accordance to the local valuation guidelines provided by the local authorities

• Ensure the accurate preparation of import and export Customs declarations and the timely provision of those for review

• Contact Customers for shipment information, duty and tax advice, seek payment approval

• Maintenance of Customer database

• Ensure the attainment of both inbound and outbound shipment clearance, efficiently within clearance performance targets and transit time

Qualifications

• Diploma holder

• English Fluent (written and spoken)

• 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience of working with customs clearance matters within transportation, logistics or import / export industry

Salary: 10,000,000 VND - 13,000,000 VND More Detail
