Seton Hill University seeks candidates for the full time position of Assistant Softball Coach.

The Assistant Softball Coach will assist the head coach in the organization, management and coaching of a nationally competitive Division II softball program; assist in all areas of the recruiting efforts for the program; lead the identification and recruitment of local and regional prospective student athletes; assist in coordination of all on and off campus recruiting events and visits; oversee and manage the daily development of all pitchers in the program and assist in other technical areas (hitting, defense, base running, and game strategy) as needed; manage, develop, and maintain social media presence; manage ARMS compliance software and weekly CARA logs, assist with team travel coordination to include meals, hotels and transportation; assist with facility upkeep and maintenance; provide input and oversight of strength and conditioning programs; manage equipment inventory and assist...
