We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Utility Worker to join our team.
As a utility worker your role will involve town maintenance and assisting other utility departments as needed.
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Reading meters for monthly billing - Mowing town parks and properties - Assisting with street repairs, water line repairs, and electrical outages.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with equipment -Resident limb and lawn clipping collection -Assisting with hydrant flushing and other quarterly tasks - Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is functioning properly - Performing utility locates received from Indiana 811 for residents and town projects - Assisting with set up and tear down for town events and festivals - Monitor and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies - Learning...
