Come join a dynamic team as a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Burbank. Admission to the Bar of the State of California is required and a minimum of five years’ experience in advisory and/or transactional legal work. Experience in municipal utilities, public works construction, fee studies, reviewing and adopting rates and charges, drafting regulatory ordinances, drafting/reviewing IT agreements such as for software, public works construction procurement and compliance, land use/real property, CEQA review, and/or any other area of law that will prove beneficial to a municipal and/or utility practice is highly desirable.
