● Assist in the operations of Purchasing department.
● Planning and handling the seasonal order, follow up material requirements planning, issue P/O and follow up delivery date and acknowledge all the supplier delivery order matches with the purchase order.
● Handling and monitoring daily material shortage issue.
● Daily plan for raw material & packing material and issue P/O when necessary.
● Monitor minimum stock level of miscellanies items and reorder planning.
● To forecast for raw & packinging material.
● Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
● Initiative and self motivated.
● Able to work in challenging and fast-paced environment.
● Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.
● Good communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
● Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma holder in any related business discipline.
● Applicants must be willing work in Parit Ulu Muar, Johor.
