• Manage & nature client relationships
• Drive revenue growth through upselling & cross selling
• Ensure customer satisfaction & support
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide expert advice and consultative selling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Stay updated on industry trends
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports
• Commit to continuous learning and development

Qualifications
• Diploma in Sales / Management / Marketing
• More than 2 years’ experience in the sales field
• Sound knowledge in IT and fluency in all three languages
