Key Responsibilities
• To maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of production equipment, utensils and factory areas on a daily basis, cleaning and disinfecting as instructed.
• To complete all daily and weekly tasks relating to all factory areas as detailed in the weekly cleaning schedule.
• To maintain daily/weekly cleaning documentation.
• To assist in daily hygiene cleaning and disinfecting within the factory environment, including break cleaning and tray wash usage.
• To follow cleaning instructions, maintaining high degrees of cleanliness and following all hygienic practices and procedures as trained.
• To follow all safety requirements at all times concerning cleaning procedures, chemicals and Health and Safety.
• Adhere to all company procedures and policies at all times.
• To achieve all hygiene targets as set by company policy.
• To undertake any reasonable request by your Line Manager in order to achieve standards fit for food production.
