An exciting opportunity has arisen to apply for the post of team leader in the Bassetlaw integrated team which comprises of the Community Mental Health Team, the Intensive Home Treatment Team and the Demetria Outreach Service for the Bassetlaw locality.

The integrated team provides comprehensive mental health assessment and treatment for older adults in the Bassetlaw area. The team leader will be expected to manage the staff within the service providing supervision and clinical support with complex cases and will work closely with the Service Manager in ensuring safe, effective and timely mental health care the older population.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual for this role they will need to demonstrate the required level of experience knowledge and skills working within secondary care services with experience in older people being of benefit.
