Here at Serco we are looking for an experienced Manager to join the Offender Management Unit at HMP Dovegate. Reporting into the OMU/Hub Manager & Senior Probation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for the offender and their external Community Offender Manager.

As our new Prison Offender Manager, you will be responsible for managing an offender’s journey whilst in custody and forming a trusting & working relationship with the offender. A key element of this role is to motivate the offender and helping them consolidate learning from the different interventions included in their sentence plan, in order to support them in achieving their sentence plan goals and reducing the risk of reoffending.
