Our Telco Partner based in Theale\UK is in search of a UK\Dual Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to support the transactional arm of the legal team, providing assistance with all types of property transactions and legal supplier management as well as providing dedicated legal support to the Acquisition projects having responsibility for delivering the legal completion of a quantity of Code Agreement / Lease / License / Freehold Acquisition transactions internally.

The successful candidate would be aligned with the demand leads of the Acquisition team and would be responsible for the end-to-end transactions instructed to them, based upon agreed Heads of Terms. The role would report directly into the Senior Property Counsel within the Legal & Compliance Team.
