As part of their continued growth they now seek to appoint a Night Shift Engineering Manager at their site based in Lincolnshire.

The role

Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager you will have 3 engineers reporting into you and you will be the most senior member of staff on site. The responsibilities for Engineering Shift Manager in this role are critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing site and ensuring that equipment is operational to maintain production schedules.
