Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c90m

The Role

Working acrossthe M62 corridor, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (VRV's, VRF's, cassettes andsplits) including compressor swops in commercial offices and gyms.

The Person

It is essential that you are an experienced air-conditioning engineer with F gas cat 1.

The Salary

DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL - travel time is paid at 1.5

18.40+23days holiday + 3%/5%pension + O/T rates

Salary based on 40 hour week 38,282 with all travel paid on topat x 1.5 (27.60)

With an average of 30 minutes travel at the start and end ofeach day, thiswill equate to c45,000.

With an average of 60 minutestravel at the start and end ofeach day, thiswill equate to c52,000. More Detail
