This contractor is based in South West London and they are looking for someone for their purchasing function. My client has been in operation for around 50 years and have a loyal client base and a healthy order book going forward.

They specialise in groundwork/concrete packages within the commercial, retail, residential and local authority sectors. There are typically between a few hundred thousand and ten million pounds.

I need someone willing to ‘get their hands dirty’ and assist in restructuring and refreshing the purchasing function.

You’ll need experience of buying for Groundworks/rc frame specialists. Specific product knowledge and the contacts that come along this will prove invaluable for this opportunity.

Salary and package are dependent on experience but the basic salary will be between 50-60k.
