Job: Service Advisor

Location: Ripon (North Yorkshire)

Salary: Basic salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum with OTE

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm (Saturday Rota)

A great opportunity has arisen. Our client is looking for a Service Advisor to join their modern dealership in Ripon (North Yorkshire). You will be joining a fast growing, energetic company that will offer the right candidates fantastic opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department
• Advising on technical queries/issues
• Booking vehicles in, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion

Skills you will Need:
• Strong Customer Service background
• Excellent Telephone manner
• Competent with IT and System's
