They are looking forideal candidates with a Proactive approachto solve problems, be able to perform under deadlines and pressure, abide by the highest of safety standards and ensure all areas of the facilities and equipment are operating at full efficiency.

Requirements
• NVQ level 3 in Carpentry (Or proven experience through work)
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance
• Reasonable physical fitness, as the role requires lifting, carrying, working outdoors when needed, and using machinery.
• Desirable: Licensed to operate a range of lifting and access equipment.
• DBS Check
• Medical Check
• Full UK driving license

What We Offer
• Salary of 30,000- 35,000 per year
• Start date: As Soon as Possible
