Are you a new homes sales negotiator looking for the chance to sell beautiful, premium specification homes on a high volume scheme? Our client is a leading developer looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join them on site near Loughborough! This is a permanent role and you will be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a premium housebuilder as their newly appointed Sales Negotiator within a growing region.

On offer is a basic salary of £24,000 with a realistic OTE of £65,000. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Tuesday/Wednesday as your days off.
