I am working with a leading privately owned strategic land promotor that is looking to appoint a strategic land manager for the northern home counties and east Anglia.

They are cash-rich and looking to buy land as they see now as a moment of opportunity whilst others are waiting around. As a business they operate UK-wide and have a very strong team across a number of business units.

You will be an experienced land buyer who has 4 years + experience of sourcing and buying land in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire. You will have a detailed understanding of the planning system and whilst you don’t need to be a town planner you will be comfortable in managing and directing the external consultants dealing with planning applications.

Ideally, you will have worked for a strategic land business or one of the national plc house builders and have an extensive portable book of contacts in land agencies and with land owners in the northern home counties. You will work alongside the... More Detail
