In the victim liaison officer role, you work with victims of crime and/or their supporters, building strong relationships within the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and externally to continuously improve our service. In doing this, you provide a service that is empathic and helps build trust and confidence in the work we do – helping ensure we are improving the experience of victims going through the criminal justice system.
