We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead our team at our Redwood House extra care scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the scheme and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Branch Manager:
• Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centered way
• Deliver services effectively and efficiently and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met
• Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff
• Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders regarding the provision of services including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams etc.
