Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team in the Grayshott area.

Our Clients Are Offering The Successful Branch Manager
• £22,000 – £25,000 basic
• £50,000 OTE
• Company car or car allowance
• Career progression

Working Hours Of a Branch Manager
• Monday to Friday
• Alternate Saturdays

Branch Manager Requirements
• Highly experienced in Sales
• Able to motivate a team.
• Highly organized and able to manage workload.
• Driven and hungry for success
• Full UK driver’s license

Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
• Managing the Branch Team
• Setting KPI’s for the team
• Undertaking team meetings
• Help grow the business.
• Carrying out market appraisals
