Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing residential property listings and transactions.

• Coordinate with agents, clients, and other professionals to ensure a smooth sale process.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Provide top-notch administrative support to the sales negotiators.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills with a good eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Previous experience as a residential sales administrator desirable

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
