This high growth, innovative company are seeking a proactive and results driven Operations Manager to lead on all aspects of the production assembly, yard operations and logistics, including all aspects of Health & Safety to improve site standards and greater efficiencies. You will clearly have an accomplished background in manufacturing/logistics leading teams to achieve targets and service delivery.

You will also plan and organise activities and ensure availability of necessary material, equipment, transport and headcount required.

Key Accountabilities

To supervise and support an Assembly production team plus a Fork Lift team, Office Administrator, Drivers and Supervisor reporting to the role.

To supervise and support all operational activities on site to ensure targets relating to Production, Quality, Health and Safety, are met.

Deputize for the Site Manager during periods of absence and take the lead on all site activities.
