SDUK's brands include the Nations favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), functional ingredients and dairy-free products.

This position is a key role within the production of our whey-based products, which ultimately end up in infant-formula, a huge area of continued growth for the business. Within the role, you will be supervising and leading production teams across multiple areas of the site to ensure the plant is meeting targets whilst maintaining quality.

The role will also have responsibilities for staff management, such as recruitment, performance management, and ensuring the safety of the working environment.

We are looking for a problem-solver who can bring a structured approach to challenges to ensure consistency and bring others into the process to encourage buy-in and accountability.
