Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Property Sales Consultant at Arc Homes located initially at our Atherton branch but then moving to our new branch when ready. As a Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property sales. You will be working predominantly in the office but will be required to show potential purchasers around properties when needed.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Knowledge of the property market and current trends
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in sales or real estate is a plus
• Previous experience in letting is advantageous
