Responsibilities
-Respond to customer calls and emails, higher volume in high season
-Send out massive sales program via email and mail
-Update customer files, complaint files, contact lists
-Enter customer orders
-Follow up on orders
-Related tasks

Qualifications
-DES/DEC or DEP in an administrative field may be considered
-Experience in customer service is very important
-Computer skills
-Experience with Office 365
