Job Description

We are seeking a Change Management Lead Services for a multiyear roadmap driven initiative focused on improving return-to-work (RTW) outcomes, improving the worker and employer experience in the RTW journey, and enabling us to achieve our overall RTW strategic objective to reduce time lost due to workplace injury by 35%.

Consultant will lead the Change Management stream using proven best practices and change management methodology. The experienced change management professional will be the lead in engaging and assessing groups impacted by the change to determine their readiness, identify mitigation tactics, develop a change management plan, and carry out actions defined in the plan to ensure a smooth rollout and operational implementation.
