Your Opportunity:

Working with North Zone Population and Public Health leadership, the Administrative Support IV is responsible for providing administrative support to a designated manager/leader and program. The incumbent is expected to ensure the effective and efficient management of a wide scope of responsibilities including but not limited to: Planning and organizing (scheduling) activities on behalf of the manager/leader, including making travel arrangements and participating at team meetings. Collecting, preparing, collating, tracking, and editing a variety of data, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders for missing or incomplete information, and timely follow up.
