1.0Responsibility and Authority1.1.Assist Customer Service Supervisor/PM on managing customer’s orders, order amendments, delivery schedule, transportation and etc.; 1.2.Responsible to update information from customer and supplier into the system include pricing information, product and material code numbering;1.3.Responsible to verify the suppliers’ shipping documents has following information:1.3.1.The supplied material type and quantities are in conformity to the ordered requirements; 1.3.2.The FSC claim is specified; 1.3.3.The supplier’s FSC Chain of Custody certificate code number.1.4.Coordinate and issuance of shipping documents and delivery schedule, and ensuring: 1.4.1.Shipping documents for sales with FSC claims includes organization’s FSC CoC certificate code number, indication of FSC claim for each product item;1.5.Assist Customer Service Supervisor on calculating volume control and yearly summary of FSC certified products;1.6.Tasks that specified in FSC CoC Management...
